Cordell Hull Lake TN Fishing Report:        21 June 2017

Cordell Hull

Reservoir Conditions: Fishing is good. The water temperature is 78 degree and the water level is at summer pool.

Black Bass: Several bass are being caught while flipping undercut banks in the mid to upper section of the lake on soft plastics. Also several big fish are being caught while fishing channel drops on the lower end of the lake with crankbaits and Carolina rigs.

White Bass: Several bass are being caught near the dam while fishing crankbaits around shad.

Bluegill: Bluegill are being caught on the bluffs in 5 feet of water.

Catfish: Lots of catfish are being caught on noodles in the creeks while baiting with shad.

Walleye: A few are being caught on crankbaits on channel banks near the dam.

Reservoir Conditions: Fishing is fair. The water temperature is 74 degree and the water level is at summer pool.

Black Bass: A few bass are being caught while flipping soft plastics in trash pockets in 2-5 feet of water. Also a few largemouths are being caught on buzz baits around isolated logs.

Bluegill: Several bluegills are being caught on crickets and night crawlers on the bluffs in 2 feet of water.

Catfish: Lots of catfish are being caught on noodles in the creeks while baiting with shad.
