Dale Hollow Lake Tennessee Fishing Report:    26 July 2017

Dale Hollow

Reservoir Conditions: Fishing is good and the water temperature is 88 degrees. The water level is at 648 feet and falling.

Smallmouth Bass: Several smallmouths are being caught at night on points using jigs in 25 feet of water. Also several are being caught in the morning on topwater baits while fish are chasing shad.

Largemouth Bass: Several largemouths are being caught while fishing grass in 15-20 feet of water on soft plastics.

Walleye: Several walleye are being caught while jigging spoons on points in 28 feet of water.

Trout: A few trout are being caught with down riggers while trolling spoons in 50 feet of water near the dam.

Reservoir Conditions: Fishing is good and the water temperature is 86 degrees. The water level is at 650 feet and falling.

Smallmouth Bass: Several smallmouths are being caught at night on jigs on points in 18-22 feet of water.

Largemouth Bass: Several big sacks of largemouths are being caught while fishing drops in 20 feet of water on soft plastics.

Walleye: Lots of nice walleye are being caught near the dam while jigging spoons on points in 28 feet of water. Also night crawler rigs are very productive too.

Trout: A few trout are being caught with down riggers while trolling spoons in 50 feet of water near the dam.
