Fishing Report 

Dale Hollow:  Fishing is good. Water temperature is about 47 degrees; lake is slowly rising.

Several smallmouth are being caught on jigs in 15-30 feet of water, on points.

A few walleye are being caught above East Port on jigs, at night, near Indian Creek.

A few crappie are being caught on the lower end of the lake on clay banks on 10-15 feet of water.  27 Feb 2012

 

 

Fishing is good. Water temperature is 47 degrees; lake is stable.  Several bass are being caught on crankbaits, jerkbaits and small jigs while fishing points in 10-to-20 feet of water.  Crappie fishing is good near the dam while fishing grassy flats in 15 feet of water.  08 Feb. 2012

 

Fishing is fair. Water temperature is 47 degrees at Llilydale. A few smallmouth are being caught on jigs and tailspinners in 25-to-35 feet of water. A few crappie are being caught near the dam while fishing grass in 17-to-20 feet of water. Largemouth fishing has been fair in the colored water while throwing spinnerbaits and jigs in 10-to-20 feet of water.  01 Feb. 2012

 

Fishing is fair. Water temperature is 47; lake is falling.  Several smallmouth are being caught on jigs and live bait in 20-to-35 feet of water on points.  A few crappie are being caught in the rivers on minnows in lay-down trees in 20 feet of water. 26 Jan 2012

Fishing is good.  Water temperature is 48 degrees; lake is falling.  Lots of smallmouth are being caught on swimbaits on points in 10-to-20 feet of water.  Some good walleye are b eing caught while trolling with down-riggers and spoons in 60 feet of water.  Crappie fishing is fair on minnows in brush in the river in 20 feet of water.

 

29 Nov 2011  Fishing is great.  Wt is near 60. Lake is rising.  Lots of smallmouth are being cvaught on crankbaits and float-n-flies and football jigs while fishing main lakes in 15-30 feet of water.  A few crappie are being caught in the rivers while fishing brush in 15-to-20 feet of water
