Fishing Report: The Bass fishing is like any winter time fishing,, go work for it. Crappie are hitting very well from daylight to about 9:30, after that just go ahead and call it a day. Use Live minnows or White or cream jigs. Theres not many guys doing any other kind of fishing, If you want a lake all to yourself, Come down to Center Hill. 13 Feb 2012
The lake temperature is around 80 degrees. Bass fishing seems to be best late at night and early morning. Fishing Texas rigged worms, and slower moving baits. Catfish have completly stopped there summer spawning, and have put all there weight back on. We have had three over 20 pounds brought in recently. Now is time to catch a big one. Crappie, Bluegill, and walleye fishing has slowed way down. Bluegill are off the gravel and headed to the bluffs. Happy fishing.
