Guntersville Lake Fishing Report:  18 Oct 2017

Guntersville Lake 18 Oct 2017 – This report is for the past couple weeks or so of trips, We continued to have a blast catching good numbers and good quality fish Frog/Rat fishing, Flipping and Punching most days. But that’s not all, we caught them on variety of lures including the D-Bombs from Missile Baits, Catch 5 Swim Jigs and Mussel Crawler Jigs from Tightline Jigs. All worked around main channel grass lines and grassy humps. Water temps range from 66 (in the morning) to 76/77 degrees by late afternoon. If the trend holds this fall will continue to be a lot of fun for Guntersville anglers. It’s time to start planning those late fall topwater and frog trips, call me to reserve a date. Please wear your PFDs and beware of your surroundings; with the colder weather moving in the body will go into shock a lot faster. Make your reservations now for some great fishing on Guntersville or Tim’s Ford. We supply all fishing gear, including Duckett fishing rods, LEW’s reels, Vicious Fishing Line, top shelf lures such as Missile Baits soft plastics, and Tightline Jigs all at no additional cost you. We offer a Military Discount and 100% dedication to making your trip successful. “Let’s go fish’in.”
